BLOSSOMS

For this series I wanted to use the last of my remaining SX-70 film cartridges to capture a variety of flowers. When Polaroid announced they were discontinuing their product in 2006, many of us were dissapointed to receive the news. In order to conmemorate the end of such a wonderful material, I felt flowers were an appropriate subject since it's with a similar nostalgic feeling that I end my summers in New York when most flowers are in bloom.
